When it goes wrong
Use the recovery link on the login panel and complete the reset from the email that arrives. Start the process yourself — a reset email you did not request is a signal, not an invitation. If one arrives unprompted, ignore the link and check the account directly.
This is what backup codes are for. Stored offline when you enabled two-factor, they get you back in without a support queue. Without them, recovery depends on the platform's own identity process, which will take longer.
If the active sessions list shows a device or location you do not recognise, end that session, change the password, and confirm two-factor is still enabled and bound to a device you hold.
Support will not ask for your password. Nor for a two-factor code, a backup code, a seed phrase or remote access to your screen. Any message requesting those things is an attack, regardless of how the sender identifies themselves.
Fake sign-in pages
Attackers do not need to break a casino to take an account. They need one page that looks like the login screen and one moment of inattention. Everything else — branding, layout, even the loading animation — can be copied in an afternoon.
The defences are boring and effective. A password manager that only autofills on the domain it was saved for. A bookmark instead of a search. Two-factor authentication so a stolen password alone is worthless. And a habit of reading the address bar before typing rather than after something feels wrong.

If you are here because there is nothing to log into yet, the sequence is slightly different — and it includes one field that cannot be revisited. The sign-up form asks for a username, an email address, a password and, optionally, a Referral Code. That last field is the only place SHFLVIP can be entered.
